Bleeding with the Full Moon

Beautiful Soul, as I sit here under a big, beautiful October SuperMoon, my body is bleeding — and I can’t hide my excitement. I love my bleed, and today feels even more special because she’s perfectly in tune with the moon’s radiant fullness.

Being peri-menopausal, my cycles are often irregular, so when this alignment happens, it feels like a sacred reunion — in tune with the rhythm of the cosmos.

When a woman bleeds on the Full Moon, it often means she ovulates on the White Moon (the New Moon). The Moon and menstruation both follow a rhythm of roughly 28–30 days — a rhythm that has guided women long before period trackers or wellness apps. Our ancestors knew this connection was sacred and deeply magical.

So what does it mean to bleed in alignment with her fullness?

Historically, this phase was associated with the healers, witches, spiritual rebels, and “red moon” women — those whose magic served the collective more than the family. It symbolizes transmutation, intuitive power, and shadow work. Red Moon women are the ones doing deep soul alchemy.

When I first read about this, I felt like a child again — wide-eyed and curious. It resonated so deeply because it described everything I offer in The Womb Room: a space of transformation, intuition, and raw feminine power.

So watch out, Beautiful Soul — even if you’re not currently bleeding with the moon’s fullness, after time in The Womb Room, don’t be surprised if you feel more psychic, more sensual, and more creatively charged.

Because when you reconnect with your womb, you reconnect with the moon herself. 🌕✨
